( JurongPoint , ViVo, JurongEast Entertainment,
IMM,Town area. etc etc.)
-Find the Machine that states
"Cash deposit"
-Select "NO CARD"/"NO ACC"
-Select your use of language
-Enter my UOB acc number
that i give you
-Press Enter
-A box below the screen will open
-Place NOTES inside the box, NOTES only
(Notes have to be neat or else the fussy
machine wont accept :P )
-Click on start
-The machine will do the counting
-Look at the screen again to confirm
the amount of money and whether if you've
type the acc number correctly.
( If wrong acc was typed, click cancel, money will return
& transactions will be cancel)
(IF not enough money was put in, click for more deposits)
-After what you've did was confirmed,
Double checked and correct,
Ask for recipt.(you will need it to tell me
the time and place of transactions)
-Email me your REFERENCE no. as soon as you finish(:
remember, dont email me that you have transfer the money.
mail me the ref digits :D
there you have it, its easy!

-How long will a cutom order take?
Fromme2you : custom orders takes usually about 2 weeks if it is simple, for complicated customizations it'll take up to 3-4 weeks :D
-What if the custom makes don't turn out to be the way i want?Can i do re-funds?
Fromme2you : I always aim to sastisfy my customers, there's defintely no re-funds are backing out after i've done your request.but you can send the items back to me for futher customizations.I will only allow re-customizations ONCE (:
-How can payment be made by UOB? i don't have a UOB acc!
Fromme2you : Well, basically you don't need to have an acc to make payment @ UOB. All you have to do is to go to a machine that state "cash deposit".At the bottom left & right corner it will show with card or no card. Simply press NO CARD/ACC, then from there you can do your payment x)if you're still not sure.You should ask adults or people around you.You're better to understand from them.
-Where can you find UOB?
Fromme2you : i'm not a tour guide you know -.- so i'm not really sure.but im sure that there'll be UOB somewhere around every area in singapore, there's one at Jurong east, theres also one at town,VIVO,jurongpoint etc etc.Perhaps you should ask your parents? Or maybe your friends, thats all i can answer you,ahahah.
-Why are your items so expensive?!
Fromme2you : ahaha, hmmm.To you guys it might be considered expensive, but have you ever thought of the things i chipped in?like buying the materials to make them,the earring hooks etc.The packaging? xD So don't consider my items expensive unless you know how much i made as profit.i always have to buy new stocks and materials.By right i should say i don't earn alot tho.(: I hope you guys can understand! bless you :D

-I have a question, How strong are your products? I'm worried that i'll damage it if i drop it.Is it Delicate?
Fromme2you : hmmm, i could'nt 100percent say that they'll never break. But they are rather strong(: i tried using different materialsand of-course i'd use the best ones.Its ok to drop them ONCE in awhile, but that doesnt mean you throw it against the wall or something.just handle it with care, and every thing will be just fine^^
-Can POSB do via transactions to UOB?
Fromme2you : My answer is NO. ahahas :3 Banks can only do transfaction for their own organisation. like for example ; UOB to UOB.POSB & UOB are different banks, so you cant do that. sorry):
-Do you do bubble wrapping for your products??
Fromme2you : Yep! :DD before i bought the bubble wraps, i only use a plastic to put the charms in. which made me worried so much.and besides, all my customers requested for bubble wrapping.So yes, i use them(:

Fromme2you : Definitely! :P For paper wrapping with bubble wrappers, it'll cost an additional SGD1.For Boxes with bubble wrap + ribbon it'll cost an additional amount of SGD3.50 ,If you don't want the ribbon, it'll cost SGD3.
-And what if i want my items to be send to my friend? As in its her birthday etc.
Fromme2you : If you want to present the items to your friends for example if it's her birthday,give me her address, and i'll mail it directly to her along with the items you ordered ^^V
-Do you do remakes???
Fromme2you : When i'm free, i will post a message in my blogshop to tell my customers i'm free to do remakes :Dthere will definitely be a REMAKES PERIOD only kinda thing.I will also limit the remakes.I can't handle large remakes,ahaha,cause i don't like to do remakes. x)Atfer i've done all the remakes i've accepted, it'll be back to no remakes! xD
cause i like limited edition kinda stuffs :D works for me!
-When will you have special offers?
Fromme2you : i will only do that on special occasions, like my birthday etc.
-Will you give discount if i buy alot of items?
Fromme2you : hmmm well, if you buy more than 10 items in my shop, i will give you free NORMAL postage.if you buy more than 20 items, i will give you a $5 dicount after your total amount. ((:
